All S-1400 Series bill counters have a dust shield that prevents unwanted dirt and contaminants from being blown into the operator’s face. *Additionally, the model S-1450 incorporates a sophisticated dust reduction system, designed to further reduce air-blown particles; this is an occupational safety feature which reduces the health risks associated with counting circulated money. The 1450 also offers an advanced counterfeit detection system designed to pinpoint suspect banknotes featuring ultraviolet (UV) detection for banknote paper properties and dual magnetic (MG) detection for banknote ink properties.
