Everyday problems can beat us all up at times. All employees are encouraged to view our everyday problems as learning experiences. By NOT getting in trouble for making a mistake it encourages that person to tell everyone so it becomes a "what NOT to do" for everyone.
Our employees are appreciated, paid top wages and have great benefits. They are constantly challenged to come up with better, more cost effective ways to serve our customers. They still surprise me with these innovations daily.
 While a lot of our employees are friends outside of work (play softball, golf and bowl) one of the biggest highlights is a yearly Cardinal's Ball Game trip.
